Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a Compassionate and Motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team on a per diem basis.

This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact on residents' lives.

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:


* Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist


* Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents


* Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely


* Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to support resident goals


* Promote safety, independence, and quality of life for residents

Requirements:


* Current California COTA license in good standing


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care
