Partnerships & Acquisitions Marketing, Latin America & GFG Private Banking

We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to own and scale our partnerships and acquisitions marketing function at the Latin America & GFG team within the Private Bank.

As Partnerships & Acquisitions Marketing Manager within Latin America & Private Banking, you will be responsible for driving growth by integrating strategic partnerships, sponsorships and paid media into one unified acquisition engine.

You will own the strategy and execution of partner, sponsorship, and paid media programs that support new client acquisition and expand our brand's reach.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and business development, and will play a critical part in identifying new opportunities and partners across the evolving acquisitions landscape, developing new channel capabilities, leading special projects and launches, establishing audience and targeting strategies, and communicating results to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Job Responsibilities:


* Develop and execute an integrated acquisitions marketing strategy for LatAm & GFG that combines co-marketing, sponsorships and paid media streams.


* Identify, evaluate and onboard new strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with target audiences and commercial objectives to increase brand visibility, support business growth, and drive customer acquisition.


* Negotiate partnership and sponsorship agreements, terms and budgets, ensuring optimal value and alignment with the organization's objectives.

Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, legal, compliance, finance) to ensure successful partner implementation.


* Plan and execute joint marketing programs with partners (co-branded campaigns, activations, content, offers) and connect them to performance channels (paid search, social...).

Manage relationships with key partners, serving as day-to-day point of contact and ensure high-quality execution of the program.


* Lead the day-to-day multi-channel (social display, programmatic, paid search, etc.) and digital paid media campaigns, including audience strategy, messaging, testing and optimization.


* Partner with Business Intelligence and Digital teams to monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with broader growth goals.

Translate performance data into actionable insights, explaining not just what happened but why - and how we can do more, better.


* Manage acquisition marketing budget and resources, ensuring efficient budget allocation.

Conduct monthly media performance reviews with CMO and finance leadership.


* Continually scan the market for new partnership and sponsorship opportunities, audience insights and media innovations.

Generate ideas for themes, topics, platforms, and solutions to amplify our voice and reach new prospects
