As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Consumer Banking Deposits, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.
Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
* Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
* Partner with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and ensure alignment throughout the product delivery lifecycle
* Facilitate regular status updates, manage dependencies to drive transparency, track progress, and promote continuous improvement within the team
* Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for process optimization, proactively recommending solutions to enhance product stability and scalability
* Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure new features and enhancements meet quality standards and deliver intended value to customers
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
* Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
* Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
* Experience in product deployment processes
* Drive cross-functional collaboration by engaging with stakeholders from technology, operations, and business to align on product goals and delivery timelines
* Build and nurture key relationships across teams to facilitate effective communication, resolve issues quickly, and support seamless product launches
* Monitor product performance and operational metrics to identify risks, ensure stability, and recommend improvements for scalability
* Champion a culture of continuous delivery by implementing best practices, sharing learnings, and encouraging innovation within the team
