As a Product Delivery Associate in Business Rules, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles.

Job responsibilities
* Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
* Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
* Designs, builds, tests, implements, and maintains integrated business rule solutions using tools such as IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) to support product strategies and objectives.
* Translates business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and collaborates with technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Develops and executes comprehensive unit testing and functional tests to validate business rule changes and ensure defect-free implementation.
* Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation for business rules, requirements, impact assessments, and test plans.
* Identifies, escalates, and helps resolve defects or issues discovered during testing and peer reviews, proposing effective solutions.
* Analyzes existing strategies and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and speed-to-market improvements.
* Builds strong relationships with business partners, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
