As the company continues to evolve its operating model and partner ecosystem, we are seeking a strong and experienced Director of Software Delivery to guide this function into its next stage of development.

This is a senior leadership role with high visibility and meaningful impact, focused on strengthening delivery practices, enhancing process and data foundations, and establishing greater consistency, clarity, and scalability across delivery operations

About the Role

You will take ownership of all delivery activities across direct and partner-led projects, aligning and optimizing implementation methodology, delivery practices, tools, data, and processes to support clear and scalable execution.

This includes operating in a global delivery landscape spanning diverse customer environments and operational complexity, with varying expectations, delivery conditions, and engagement models across markets.

The role has ownership over:


* End-to-end delivery lifecycle, including the implementation approach, governance, structure, and operating framework across all projects


* Project management standards and delivery resource allocation


* Delivery data model, reporting structure, and supporting tools and systems


* Partner delivery readiness, enablement structure, and engagement model


* Interfaces and alignment with R&D, Product, Support, Sales, and other stakeholders

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership – someone who can design operating models and governance at a high level, while also coaching teams, refining data structures, and streamlining execution where needed.

What You Bring

Experience


* 8+ years in senior leadership roles in software delivery or Professional Services, with at least 5 years of full ownership for delivery outcomes, teams, and execution at an organizational level


* Proven experience building or transforming delivery operations at scale (multi-site, multi-customer, enterprise environments)
