Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered, license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in CO

Rate: $45-$55hour



*$7,500 Bonus paid: $1,500 after 90 days, $2,500 after 6 months and $3,500 after 12 months - bonus for full-time employees only, and must remain active in full-time status to receive bonus.
