Head of Sales (Telecommunications)

In this role, you will manage and develop sales operations, driving growth and strengthening customer relationships.

The open position is within our Connectivity business unit, where we help our customers deliver mobile and fixed network services and ensure their functionality.

We are involved in all stages of the telecommunications network lifecycle, responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of both fixed and wireless networks.

Main tasks and responsibilities:


* Own the end-to-end sales process, including CRM hygiene, order backlog management and monthly sales reporting


* Drive performance to meet business targets


* Develop key accounts by strengthening relationships, expanding business within existing accounts and opening new strategic accounts in Finland and the Baltics


* Build a high-quality sales pipeline that converts opportunities into sustainable revenue


* Improve ways of working by standardizing and elevating sales practices


* Provide matrix leadership by coordinating sales activities with managers

Requirements:


* Relevant education for the position


* Previous experience in service-based sales


* A sales-oriented mindset and a results-driven approach


* A development-oriented personality with a proactive "can do, let's go" attitude


* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills


* Fluent Finnish and English, Swedish is considered an advantage
