Key Responsibilities:

As a Front-End Architect, you will:


* Collaborate with our team of software engineers to gain in-depth knowledge of our product and how our customers use it to gain efficiency in warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.


* Define and own the front-end architecture for enterprise-scale Angular applications


* Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for front-end development


* Design and maintain reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems


* Lead technical decisions around Angular frameworks, tooling, and performance optimization


* Ensure applications meet scalability, security, accessibility, and performance standards


* Collaborate with backend architects to ensure clean API contracts and integration


* Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring for development teams


* Help define and drive the UI/UX vision and strategy across products and platforms


* Ensure consistent visual design, interaction patterns, and usability standards


* Champion accessibility (WCAG), usability testing, and inclusive design practices


* Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to align the UI with business goals


* Use data, user research, and feedback to continuously improve user experience

Qualifications:


* BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.


* 8+ years of experience in front-end development and UI/UX design


* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (Angular 8+)


* Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS


* Proven experience designing scalable front-end systems and user-centered interfaces


* Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design standards



* Hands-on experience with version control software.


* Knowledge of common software design patterns and experience applying them effectively in applicable scenarios.


* Strong written and verbal communication skills.


* Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


* 20% travel


* Experience in Warehouse Management Software (optional).


* Experience in Agile development (optional).
