Industrial Manufacturing Engineer
Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Modular Data Center team.
This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring manufacturability, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the production facilities.
The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile principles to optimize workflows, enhance quality, and reduce costs-while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Process Optimization: Analyze production data, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
* Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline workflows.
* Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure adaptability and rapid iteration in manufacturing processes.
* Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Design, Quality, Safety and Supply Chain teams to ensure manufacturability, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process control documentation; ensure adherence to safety and environmental requirements.
* Technology Adoption: Identify and integrate advanced manufacturing technologies and automation solutions to improve productivity and product quality.
* Performance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on process performance, project status, and key metrics to leadership.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
* Proven track record in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
* Proficiency in analyzing production data and implementing actionable solutions.
