Night Receptionist

voco St David's Cardiff have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Receptionist to join our Cardiff Bay 5-star hotel!

The shifts pattern is from 20:00 – 08:00, 4 days ON, 4 Days OFF.

You will earn £13.60 per hour, which is equal to £28,288.00 salary.

As a Night Receptionist, you will play a vital part in delivering a superior guest experience.

We take pride in the fact that we are experts in what we do and love to demonstrate this expertise to our guests with a sense of flair.

To succeed as a Night Receptionist, you will need:


* To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused


* Part of the role is to serve alcohol to guests as required 


* Minimum of 1 year experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge


* Experience with handling guests queries and complaints


* Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage 


* To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
