We're currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centered care.

Position Overview:

As a CNA, you will provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting.

You will promote independence and dignity while maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with ADLs and restorative care


* Observe and report changes in resident condition


* Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policies


* Support residents' rights and individuality


* Provide compassionate care and emotional support


* Use safe lifting techniques and follow infection control procedures

Qualifications:


* Valid California CNA certification in good standing


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred


* Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills


* Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds


* Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
