Job Description:

Seasoned individual contributor in an engineering field.

Establishes methods based on proven research for the R&D Software / Systems Engineering team.

Applies advanced skills of the field to construct industry leading products.

Contributes to scientific projects and processes under general direction.
Works to achieve operational goals with direct impact on achievement of results within area of work on the R&D Software / Systems Engineering team.
Collaborates with team members to plan, estimate, and write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Develops, tests, deploys, and maintains software and documents issues encountered.
Identifies product design features to support scalability, usability, and better performance.
Delivers technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents for internal and external distribution.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
