As Clinical Consultant Surgical you will develop our surgical business and ensure best clinical outcomes.

Our goal is to establish Heart Recovery as new standard of Care which requires a Heart Team approach.

Responsabilities:


* Patient Support: Improve patient outcomes through education, implementing latest clinical best practices and medical staff interaction, with emphasis on OR and ICU.

Visit key institutions where patients have been equipped with Impella Pump portfolio to collect clinically relevant data.


* Proctor/-support cases in new surgical accounts as well as complex cases at experienced sites.


* Perform After Action Review's (AAR) with MD's following cases and communicate results.


* Surgical Account Training & Management: Responsible for ongoing training at European surgical key sites.

Enable and drive the growth and performance of our surgical business.

Coordinate and lead activities with SAM, Franchise Team (TM/CC), Training department, Medical Office and manage customer education for new and existing accounts to ensure best clinical outcomes.

Establish surgical peer-to-peer networks across the region to share best practices and implement/ support peer-to-peer educational programs (incl.

physician proctoring) in cooperation with our Physician Program Team and Medical Office.
