What You'll Do


* Evaluate patients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans


* Provide hands-on therapy and guide Occupational Therapy Assistants


* Communicate with the care team regarding patient progress and goals


* Educate patients, families, and staff on therapeutic techniques


* Recommend adaptive equipment to promote independence

Qualifications


* Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapist license in California


* Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
