Capital Procurement Lead
The Capital Procurement Manager serves as the strategic liaison between Facility Engineering, Enterprise Sourcing, and divisional project teams to optimize the procurement of maintenance and energy capital projects across the enterprise.
This role leverages the annual capital allocation to identify similar strategic projects across divisions, enabling bundled bidding to maximize scale and cost efficiency.
The manager supports divisional project managers by centralizing the bidding process, reducing administrative burden, and ensuring consistency in vendor selection and service quality.
Additionally, the Capital Procurement Manager facilitates collaboration between divisions and vendors to coordinate project schedules, optimize resource utilization, and continuously monitor vendor performance to support strategic sourcing decisions.Minimum
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, or comparable related field experience (or equivalent field experience)
* Strong analytical skills for forecasting and data analysis.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in computerized inventory management systems.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage supply chain operations and ensure timely delivery.
* Knowledge of cost-effective procurement practices and inventory management strategies.
