About the Role

We're looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled rehab team.

In this part-time position (regular hours, 5 days per week), you'll help patients regain strength, balance, and confidence following illness, injury, surgery, or decline - all while delivering care you can be proud of.

What We're Looking For


* Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program


* Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT


* Active Tennessee COTA license


* Reliable transportation, positive attitude, and team-player mindset


* SNF experience is a plus, but not required
