What You'll Do


* Provide high-quality nursing care under RN and physician supervision


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Monitor residents' health and document changes promptly


* Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans


* Build positive relationships with residents and families through compassionate communication

What We're Looking For


* Active LPN license in the State of Wsahington


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* Strong attention to detail and dedication to resident-centered care
