* Provide speech and language therapy services to residents in a post-acute setting


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans


* Support patients in regaining communication and swallowing abilities


* Document progress and maintain compliance with facility and state guidelines

? What We're Looking For


* Licensed SLP in the state of California


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
