In this role, you will:
As a strategic finance leader, you will serve as the principal business partner to Supply Chain Directors and CFOs across SEA & India, shaping decisions that drive operational excellence and cost transformation.
This senior role demands influence at the highest levels, guiding supply chain strategy while leading a seasoned finance team to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Partnership: Act as the finance thought leader for Supply Chain, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning financial strategies with business objectives.
* Leadership & Team Development: Lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and embedding best practices across regions.
* Financial Stewardship: Own logistics forecasting and financial processes for Europe, consolidating insights and providing actionable recommendations to the IFP organization.
* Performance Management: Analyze actual results, identify risks, and implement remediation plans to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
* Cost Transformation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Logistics and Contract Manufacturing to optimize cost structures.
* Capital & Contract Oversight: Manage capital appropriations and enterprise contract spend, partnering with procurement and business teams.
* Process Innovation: Develop advanced analytical tools and processes to enhance supply chain decision-making and efficiency.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate financial controls, SOX compliance, and advocate LEAN practices to eliminate waste.
