Pricing Analyst

Overview

Florida Detroit Diesel Allison is searching for a Pricing Analyst.

Position Summary

Responsible for set up and maintenance of product and/or service item numbers in the Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Responsibilities



* Any one position may not include all the listed duties, nor do all the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification.


* Set up and maintain items in the ERP system’s item master, including all large vendor product and/or service coding and pricing information.

Work with pricing group to make sure all ORG's price files match


* Prepare and perform monthly price updates from supplier price files.


* Set up and maintain individual part numbers not associated with a supplier’s price files.


* Interact with suppliers and customers to verify product and/or service pricing and reconcile any pricing discrepancies.


* Coordinate with the IT Department to update or program supplier price files for the ERP system.


* Create and distribute dealer and customer pricing.


* Reconcile daily error reports to ensure all information sent on the purchase order to the vendor is synchronized against the vendor’s pricing/parts information.


* Assist in maintaining pricing matrix.


* Generate computer reports with monthly claims data for functional compensation and rebates due from suppliers on dealer and customer sales.

Submit reports to suppliers via the supplier’s web sites.


* Reconcile unpaid claims previously filed with suppliers, and work with branches in preparation and monitoring of Competitive Authorization and Equalization requests to receive supplier incentives or rebates.


* Update and maintain service labor rates as needed


* Help with other ORG's as needed (ADDA, S&S, UE)


* Special projects as identified.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and/or two to four years related experience.


* Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.

Skills & Abilities

Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Proficient in data entry.

Prior experience with Oracle or SAP software preferred.
