All Star Pediatric Dentistry is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! This role is essential in managing front office operations and delivering an exceptional experience for our patients and their families.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Schedule: 7:30 to 5pm Monday through Friday

What We're Looking For:


* Bilingual is a plus, but not required


* Willing to train the right candidate


* Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn


* Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented


* Strong communication and customer service skills


* Comfortable with technology and attentive to detail

Education & Experience:


* High school diploma or equivalent required


* Prior experience in a dental, medical, or professional customer-facing role preferred

Key Skills:


* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities


* Ability to travel between locations, if needed


* Friendly and professional communication style


* Strong organizational and multitasking skills


* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
