You will:
* Support site investigation and remediation efforts that reduce environmental risk and improve land and water quality.
* Apply modern investigation technologies and sustainable remediation techniques in the field.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret environmental data that drives decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to safeguard public and environmental health.
* Represent ERM in the field with professionalism while working with subcontractors, regulatory agencies, tenants, and clients.
What You'll Bring
Required
* BS in engineering (chemical, civil, or environmental), geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or related field.
Or equivalent experience.
* 1+ years of experience, including task management and field implementation of remediation projects.
* Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established Health and Safety protocols.
* Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills; strong organization and analytical abilities.
* Experience recording and writing detailed technical data and reports (a plus).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented mindset with mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Local candidates—or those willing to relocate—preferred.
