About the Role

Your Responsibilities Include:


* Evaluating patients' mobility, strength, and balance to develop effective treatment strategies.


* Administering a range of therapeutic techniques and exercises to reduce pain and restore function.


* Communicating with physicians and other team members regarding patient progress and care plans.


* Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and training Restorative Aides to ensure high-quality patient care.


* Coordinating with patients, families, and staff for successful discharge planning and post-therapy maintenance programs.


* Maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications


* A valid Physical Therapist license in California.
