We're seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our compassionate, committed therapy department.

What You'll Do:


* Evaluate and assess residents to develop individualized treatment plans


* Deliver hands-on therapeutic care focused on recovery, mobility, and independence


* Collaborate with a team of skilled nurses, CNAs, and therapy professionals


* Monitor and document progress while adjusting care plans as needed


* Educate residents, families, and staff on exercises and rehab best practices


* Provide care in a nurturing, long-term care environment focused on transition and healing

What We're Looking For:


* Active California Physical Therapist license


* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred


* Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset


* Passion for serving geriatric populations
