FT Activities Aide

Job Title: Activities Aide (Full-Time)

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, energetic Activities Aide to join our team! The Activities Aide plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and assisting with engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities.
Responsibilities:


* Assist with planning, organizing, and leading daily group and one-on-one activities


* Encourage resident participation and promote socialization


* Support special events, holidays, and community outings


* Document resident participation and progress as required


* Transport residents to and from activities as needed


* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized activity environment


* Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or GED required


* Prior experience in long-term care or activities preferred (but not required)


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills


* Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment screening
