? What You'll Do:


* Provide skilled physical therapy services to our awesome residents


* Create and carry out personalized treatment plans


* Help residents improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall quality of life


* Collaborate with a friendly interdisciplinary team (we actually like each other!)


* Document progress clearly and efficiently

? What We're Looking For:


* Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)


* Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting is a plus (but not required)


* Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a heart for older adults


* Ability to jump in and help when needed—PRN style!

Pay Rate $45.00-$55.00
