• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and clinical standards
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team and providers
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff
• Promote a safe and positive environment for residents and families
Qualifications
• Current RN license in [State]
