Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Coordinator

Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Coordinator - What Will You Do?


* Communicate with Customers regarding their needs. 


* Work with Sales, Quality Control, and plant personnel to provide material to customers.


* Provide expertise in HMA to customers, as needed. 


* Attend critical paving events to oversee operations.


* Measure and estimate quantities for the customer and plant if necessary.


* Communicate proactively with plant management about upcoming work to ensure material availability. 


* Monitor plant capacities and schedule work accordingly.


* Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure compliance with product specifications.


* Identify deficiencies and corrective actions within the operation.


* Handle initial complaints and grievances from customers, agencies, and contractors.


* Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA

Requirements – Who Are We Looking For?


* Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Hot Mixed Asphalt Plant, customer service or logistics functions.


* Demonstrated knowledge of mobile and stationary asphalt producing and paving equipment.


* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

JWS (Apex) experience is a plus.


* Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.


* Valid Driver’s license and meets Driving Standards per NESL policy.
