End User Device Supervisor

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 100% onsite position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a End User Device Supervisor to:


* Supervise, mentor, and develop assigned staff, including coaching, skills development, and knowledge transfer.


* Promote a collaborative, professional, and continuous-improvement team focused environment.


* Dive into implementations, upgrades and troubleshoot.


* Engage with tools and technical support for data analysis and visualization.


* Be involved with opportunities to extract, analyze and communicate data at all organizational levels.

Qualifications



* Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below) Required


* Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred Preferred

Work Experience



* 3 years relevant experience Required


* 5 years relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Preferred


* Experience supervising staff strongly preferred Preferred


* Experience supporting business, clinical, non-clinical and ancillary systems in a 24x7 healthcare setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Professional certifications such as A+, MCS, MCSE, ITIL Preferred
