Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

This position is hybrid for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois, with some on-site meetings required.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Buyer to:


* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, support Service departments and supplier representatives.


* Manage purchasing activities including processing requisitions to purchase orders, monitor purchase order life cycle, obtaining quotations, match exception resolution, order acknowledgments, order expediting, back order management, all in a timely and accurate manner.


* Meet metric expectations that are outlined for the role - ie - match exceptions, accruals, change orders, aging open orders.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma Required


* Bachelor's Degree In Business or related field Preferred

Work Experience



* 2 years Purchasing related experience Required


* Work experience in a Health Care Procurement setting Preferred


* Enterprise Resource Planning System Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP) Preferred
