What you’ll be doing:


* Supporting the kitchen team in preparing and delivering high-quality banqueting menus


* Assisting with mise en place, plating, and service during busy event operations


* Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency


* Ensuring all food preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.


* Working collaboratively with chefs at all levels to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations


* Demonstrating enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to learning and development

What we’re looking for:


* Some previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a banqueting, hotel, or high-volume catering environment


* A genuine passion for food, presentation, and guest satisfaction


* A positive attitude and willingness to learn from senior chefs.


* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events-based shifts.


* A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, with a Level 2 Food Safety certificate (or willingness to obtain)
