What you will do
The Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for ensuring quality systems are effectively deployed and continuously improved through audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
You will lead quality initiatives, support new product development, and promote awareness of quality standards across the business:
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, implement, and maintain dynamic quality management systems and frameworks that ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and customer requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating system inefficiencies.
* Analyze complex data trends using advanced statistical analysis and quality tools to innovate continuous improvement strategies that enhance product and process quality and drive process performance improvements.
* Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and enhance quality assurance protocols and quality system technologies, including corrective and preventive action plans, to exceed industry standards and streamline compliance and reporting processes.
* Conduct regular audits, inspections, and root cause analyses to verify adherence to quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective corrective actions, including coordinating external audits and managing audit findings.
* Champion a culture of quality excellence by mentoring teams, facilitating communication and training programs to increase quality awareness, promote best practices, and support new product development through quality procedure documentation.
* Manage supplier qualification processes and review and approve process change recommendations to ensure supplier compliance and maintain quality and compliance standards across the organization.
