* High School diploma or equivalent is required


* Minimum of 3 years' experience performing mechanical work.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* Associate's degree in Technical field preferred.


* Experience in assigned equipment set-up and operation.


* Ability to set-up and operate multiple equipment types such as heading, rolling, band annealing.


* Ability to train operators in equipment set-up and operation.


* Ability to read and interpret product blueprints and to use inspection gages and instruments.


* Good interpersonal skills.
