As we prepare to open our doors, weâre on the lookout for a passionate part time or full time Meetings & Events professional able to provide an elevated end to end service to meetings & events planners, guests and delegates. Â
Â
Your day-to-day Â
Â
* Crowne Meetings & Events Concierge, meet & greet clients, briefing with clients throughout the event and other duties as part of the role.Â
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and contacts to ensure premium service. Â
* Assist with enquiries with a focus on day & social events and weddings. Â
* Preparing proposals and contracts.Â
* Conduct hotel site inspections and host clients to enhance the meeting and events experience. Â
* Coordinate all final pre-event details for banquet event orders, including function room configuration, timings, menus, table settings, décor, and audio-visual requirements to improve meeting and function efficiency.Â
* Prospect new business within relevant segmentsÂ
* Assist in building and maintaining a database of potential clients, leads, and contacts for targeted marketing campaigns and sales efforts.Â
* Assisting team to achieve goals to help us maximise profitability.Â
* Ensure all deposits are received and review billing for accuracy.Â
* Send post-event and group-stay surveys to clients.Â
* Produce reports as required.Â
* Identify day to day conference and event activities and proactively work to improve quality and ensure efficiency.Â
* Collaborate with relevant departments to deliver quality service through daily communication and coordination. Â
* Interact professionally with clients, guests, suppliers and others.Â
* Meet regularly with Director of Food & Beverage to debrief daily events and provide updates to the Sales Team regarding client events.Â
* Provide guests with information (loyalty, attractions, restaurants, facilities) to enhance the guest experience.Â
* Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and staff to identify improvements to the guest experience.Â
* Ensure the delivery of positive guest experience across all aspects of sales while meeting brand standards and creating memorable, unique experiences.Â
