Position Summary

The Desk Nurse LVN plays a key role in coordinating resident care, supporting clinical operations, and working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate documentation and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities (Summary):


* Coordinate and oversee resident care from the nurses' station


* Review physician orders, labs, and treatment plans


* Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members


* Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record


* Support compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements


* Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination as needed

Qualifications:


* Current LVN license in good standing in the State of California


* Strong organizational and communication skills


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


* Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care


* Experience with PCC (pointclickcare) preferred
