Description:
Arvin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, treat, and support residents in achieving greater independence and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:


* Evaluate residents and develop customized treatment plans


* Deliver hands-on OT care per physician orders


* Supervise and mentor COTAs and aides


* Document progress and participate in team care planning


* Support discharge planning with training and equipment recommendations

Requirements:


* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy


* Current CA OT license


* CPR certified


* SNF/rehab experience preferred
