Key Responsibilities:


* Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans


* Administer medications and treatments


* Monitor resident conditions and report changes


* Supervise CNAs and ensure quality standards are met


* Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:


* Active LPN license in the state of Oregon
