As a Product Delivery Manager in newly created Regulatory Transformation team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.
As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
* Serve as the central coordination point across all pillars-the operational backbone and execution enabler
* Enables successful execution of the Hybrid address mandate by supporting delivery teams with structure, organization, and operational discipline
* Owns the creation and maintenance of polished, executive-level materials, including steering the committee decks, leadership updates and read-ahead
* Maintains high quality confluence pages and centralized repositories to ensure a single source of truth
* Establishes and continuously improves PMO standard, templates, digital footprints across the regulatory transformation portfolio
* Supports leadership in shaping and operationalizing the Newly created Regulatory Transformation Operating Model
* Leverages AI and automation tools to accelerate deck creation, meeting summarizes, reporting, and content maintenance
* Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
* Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
* Ability to produce executive ready presentations and written materials
* strong experience working across technology, product, ops, COS organization, and other key stakeholders
* Exceptional organizational skills and attentions to detail
* Influence without authority
* Creative problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
* Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
* Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
* Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
