As a Loan Servicing Manager III within JPMorganChase, you will manage a team of loan servicing specialists to ensure smooth loan portfolio operations.

* Seven or more years of experience in managing loan servicing operations, with a focus on interpreting loan documents and overseeing deadlines.


* Proven track record of leading diverse teams in a financial services environment, with a focus on driving performance and fostering continuous improvement.


* Demonstrated advanced proficiency in conflict management, with experience in resolving complex issues within teams and with external stakeholders.


* Expertise in strategic planning within the lending services sector, with a history of making impactful decisions that align with long-term organizational goals.


* Proven experience in mentoring and developing future leaders, with a focus on facilitating skill development and nurturing talent.
