Job Description:

Provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products.

Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame.

Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort.

Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget.

Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Work can involve external parties such as standards bodies, partners, etc.

How You'll Make Your Mark as a Deal Support Manager under Global Services Organization, you are responsible for leading the end-to-end deal management across global delivery teams, sales, Soln ops, finance, legal, HPEFS and Supply and Order Mgmt function.

This role ensures optimization so that order booking and invoicing activity are all managed within the prescribed timeline.

This also includes communication and preparation of Dashboard to set the right expectations with the sales leadership and personnel to avoid escalations.

You'll act as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Delivery Leadership, Project Management, Soln ops, OM, HPEFS and Supplychain and Business Operations, driving efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement in deal management practices.
