Quality Assurance Engineering Manager - 1st Shift

1st Shift, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

As the Quality Manager, Engineering, You will establish and implement quality standards.

Monitor workflows, processes, and products.

Create quality documentation.

Collaborate with operations managers to identify opportunities for improvements to workflow and controls, to ensure they comply with health and safety codes and regulations.

You will oversee quality and maintenance for the site, ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) and Engineering Programming is implemented and maintained.

You will report on the performance of the QMS, recommend improvements, promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

You will need to have excellent communication skills to deal with Team Members, as well as customer facing interactions.

The annual salary range for this role is $105,668- $132,085/ Year.

GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.

This rate may be modified in the future.
