What You'll Do:


* Assist our Physical Therapists with daily therapy sessions for residents


* Lead gentle exercises, stretches, and mobility activities


* Encourage, motivate, and celebrate residents' progress (high-fives encouraged!)


* Track and report patient progress to the therapy team


* Help keep therapy areas safe, organized, and fun

Who You Are:


* Licensed/Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)


* Compassionate, patient, and upbeat—your energy makes residents' day


* Enjoys working in a team and connecting with seniors


* Previous experience with geriatric care is a bonus, but a big heart matters most
