Job Description

Job Title: OS& D Clerk, Service Center

Job Summary:

The Service Center OS&D Clerk ensure accurate receiving and shipping of customer's freight, maintain inventory integrity, and investigate and reconcile all inventory and shipping discrepancies.

Job Responsibilities:


* Match inbound freight with billing.


* Record and work overages, shortages, and refusals.


* Arrive inbound loads.


* Bill as needed.


* Dispatch as needed.


* Assist drivers with customer information.


* Provide assistance to customers.


* Dock work and operate forklift as needed.

Job Requirements:


* U.S.

citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.


* Must be at least 18 years of age


* HS Diploma or equivalent


* Basic computer skills


* Previous OS&D and/or customer Service experience -Preferred
