We are seeking an Emergency Services Nursing Supervisor to:


* Foster effective communication and collaboration with a wide range of hospital staff, including leadership team, care team leaders, medical staff, social work, and support staff, to ensure high-quality patient and family care.


* Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Emergency Services department, overseeing patient care, staff, and daily unit operations.


* Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing support for professional development, performance evaluations, and team management.

Qualifications


* Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN) Required

Work Experience


* 3 years of relevant clinical, ED, transport, or Charge RN experience.

Required


* Demonstrated progressive leadership experience.

Required


* 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice.

Preferred


* Management, Supervisory, or charge RN experience with demonstrated success.

Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Registered Nurse license in state of Wisconsin.

Upon Hire Required


* Certification in relevant specialty area.
