Student Surgical Technologist - University Hospital

Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift.

This is a 10-week assignment starting on Tuesday, May 26 th , 2026 and is a paid Student Surgical Technologist position.

Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:40am - 3:10pm, no weekends required.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Student Surgical Technologist to:



* Perform technical skill duties in all operating room special service areas.


* Provide proper maintenance, assembly, handling, and sterilization techniques of specialty equipment.

Qualifications



* Currently enrolled and actively completing coursework in an accredited surgical technologist program Required

Work Experience



* Provision of care with patients Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Basic Life Support (BLS) provider meeting AHA standards Upon Hire Required
