based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the SE Advantage Program, with a focus on the quotations run-state user experience and stakeholder relationships.

In this role, you will contribute to business transformation and continuous process improvement through cross-program collaboration and clear, consistent communication.

As the subject matter expert for SE Advantage, you will lead or support discovery workshops, refine customer requirements, manage stakeholder communication, participate in functionality testing, and deliver user training when needed.

Your work will help ensure seamless adoption and measurable value for users and customers.
You will collaborate closely with program teams and internal partners to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.

You will also play a role in change management initiatives and contribute to improvements in team processes and ways of working.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for shaping and delivering the business user experience for Schneider Electric's North American Market (NAM) Quotations Tool.

What you'll be doing


* Work in a cross-functional environment with business groups, IT, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements.


* Take a leadership role in Scrum/SAFe/Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer and business requirements.


* Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with PMI and CPP standards and with the SE Advantage digital delivery model.
