Strategy Analyst

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $114,400 - $171,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Strategy Analyst - Market & Financial Intelligence plays a key role in shaping the company's understanding of where to play and how to grow.

This role focuses on integrating external market insights and internal financial data to drive high-quality strategic planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.

You'll work across market sizing, trend tracking, opportunity scans, and financial modeling-providing foundational insights to strategy leaders, BUs, and the finance team.

You'll help build and maintain a fact base that aligns cross-functional leaders on market realities, growth headroom, and competitive positioning.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, strategy, and story, and who wants exposure to enterprise-level decisions.

Key Responsibilities


* Support TAM/SAM/SOM models and validate opportunity sizing for new and existing markets


* Analyze industry benchmarks, public financials, pricing models, and growth signals


* Track and report key macro and regulatory trends with business impact summaries


* Partner with finance and strategic planning teams to align on market and financial assumptions


* Contribute to investment cases and portfolio allocation reviews with market & financial context


* Package insights into executive-ready dashboards and one-pagers
