Schedule & Location


* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM


* Some Saturdays required based on events


* Primary office: Bissonnet


* Travel required throughout the Houston region


* Supports all Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry locations

About the Role

Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support community outreach, referral partnerships, events, and social media across all Houston-area locations.

This is a hands-on, field-based role, not a desk-only marketing position.

You will be in the community, building relationships, coordinating events, and representing the Jamboree brand.

Responsibilities


* Build relationships with daycares, apartments, churches, pediatricians, physicians, and medical offices.


* Coordinate and attend community outreach events and presentations.


* Book 4-5 daycare outreach events per month (grab-and-go breakfasts and similar initiatives).


* Prepare and manage outreach and presentation materials.


* Assist with referral folders, promotional materials, and inventory tracking.


* Manage social media platforms with consistent, engaging, location-specific content.


* Support referral programs and patient appreciation initiatives.


* Research community events and partnership opportunities to increase patient referrals.


* Schedule patient appointments during outreach events when applicable.


* Track outreach efforts and report activities to leadership for Salesforce entry.


* Audit referral sources in Denticon in partnership with management.


* Assist with events involving Jamboree doctors and staff.

Requirements


* Full-time availability (40 hours/week).


* Willing and able to travel throughout the Houston region using a personal vehicle.


* Flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays.


* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


* Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.


* Comfortable representing a pediatric healthcare brand in professional and community settings.


* Social media experience preferred.
