In your Source to contract (S2C) Buyer role You will be responsible for carrying out sourcing projects for goods and services, from identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their proposals to issuing purchase orders, and finalizing purchases by following the approved category strategy.

You will need to ensure that goods and services are purchased from the most cost effective and technically capable suppliers and in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

In addition, You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for spend consolidation and supplier base combined with deployment of catalogues.

In Your role You will acts as a bridge between business and Procurement Operations Teams.

Responsibilities:


* Researching and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure that the best products or services are sourced at the best prices.


* Developing and issuing request for proposals (RFx) in Coupa to potential suppliers


* Analyzing responses to RFPs to determine which suppliers are the best fit for the company's needs.


* Issuing purchase orders to suppliers to finalize the procurement process.


* Managing supplier relationships to ensure the smooth delivery of goods and services.


* Monitoring supplier performance to ensure that goods and services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.


* Identifying opportunities for cost savings to reduce costs through strategic sourcing and negotiations with suppliers.


* Performing all administrative tasks related to buyer’s daily job (Competitive Bid Exception /Coupa Contract Record creation, Vendor onboarding, risk assessment form etc.)
