o Work with business unit leaders to understand what behaviors and outcomes each plan is designed to encourage.

o Facilitate discussions to evaluate whether current plans are achieving the desired results.

o Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, data-driven manner.

o Assist business units with implementation and training.

Documentation & Compliance Support

o Review plan documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with legal and wage and hour requirements.

o Coordinate with HR and Legal teams to update and improve plan language as needed.

Market Benchmarking & Analysis

o Partner with the Compensation or HR team to review market data and ensure that payout levels remain competitive and equitable.

o Support data analysis and reporting related to total compensation trends and outcomes.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.

· Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and functions.
