Temporary Compensation Specialist
We are seeking a Temporary Compensation Specialist to lead a company-wide review of our commission and incentive programs.
This role is anticipated to be a 3-6 month assignment and will evaluate existing programs, identify opportunities for simplification and improvement, and help design a more cohesive, efficient, and legally compliant incentive structure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex business problems, working cross-functionally, and bringing structure to ambiguity.
While prior compensation or HR experience is helpful, success in this role depends on strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

o Develop recommendations for standardized frameworks that can be applied across business units.
o Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to test and model proposed plan designs.

o Work with business unit leaders to understand what behaviors and outcomes each plan is designed to encourage.
o Facilitate discussions to evaluate whether current plans are achieving the desired results.
o Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, data-driven manner.
o Assist business units with implementation and training.
Documentation & Compliance Support
o Review plan documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with legal and wage and hour requirements.
o Coordinate with HR and Legal teams to update and improve plan language as needed.
Market Benchmarking & Analysis
o Partner with the Compensation or HR team to review market data and ensure that payout levels remain competitive and equitable.
o Support data analysis and reporting related to total compensation trends and outcomes.
